Decent apartment. Positive: This property was fine. My biggest complaint is that the specific description very clearly indicated a washer in the unit, but that was not true. There was one common machine. It was nearly impossible to get in the washer due to other residents using it. This was a high priority when we were searching for where we wanted to stay so it felt like a bait and switch. The room was clean except for an ant problem that was completely resolved once I cleaned the bottom side of the coffee maker. The bus stops are close but the tube is about 15 min walk. There is no staff on site which isn’t a huge problem, but I always prefer that for when one needs assistance. It is on a very busy road so use of the terrace/balcony was not enjoyable.

Wonderful stay in a luxury Chelsea studio Positive: The location is just excellent with excellent bus facilities nearby. The studio is beautiful and one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. I loved everything about the studio. Also, at end of street there is an Italian restaurant rated 9.3 on Tripadvisor Negative: Nothing
