It was a necessity and we wouldn’t have stayed there if anything else had been available last minute.
Positive: The shower in Studio 1 had good shower pressure.
Negative: Shabby, incredibly noisy (street noise, no soundproofing between floors and walls, noisy electrical beeping outside Studio 3, noisy air-conditioner in Studio 1, intermittent dripping toilet in Studio 1, cramped, dark and damp. Did not look like the pictures. Should not be described as luxury. Too many studios in one building with lots of people coming and going.

RHS Chelsea Flower Show Stay.
Positive: The property was very secure with excellent decorations, premium appliances with a very comfortable bed and snug balcony to relax after exploring RHS Chelsea Flower Show and surrounding area. Leading up to and during our stay both Booking and Penthouse Suits kept us informed before, during and after our stay with really helpful local knowledge. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.
Negative: Not a dislike merely a nice touch would be a small folding table to complement the two folding chairs on the balcony.

Horrible. Unlawful. Legally unsophisticated. Rights violator. Avoid at all costs.
Positive: This was the worst stay of my life.
Negative: I booked this property while fresh from hospitalisation, voiceless, and in a wheelchair post-international flight — and was nearly left on the streets because of Penthouse Stays’ discriminatory, inaccessible, and incoherent check-in procedures.
Despite complying with their requirements — ID, face scan, card verification — I was denied access because my billing and residential addresses didn’t match. This is entirely legal and normal for globally mobile professionals. Their staff refused to provide the address or check-in instructions and I was left distressed on the pavement w/ three suitcases, freezing, and disabled.
They failed to offer any 'reasonable accommodation' (they DK what that means) & urgency, even after being told I had just left hospital. They stonewalled. Delayed. It took them 15 days to "investigate" this simple matter, offering vague replies while avoiding accountability. They claimed they were issuing a full refund. That was 8 days ago. Either they lied or failed to act.
They also implied I caused the dirt I complained about — despite having no evidence and ignoring the photos I submitted. They said they sent me the address and building photo in time — but I have Uber receipts and timestamped evidence showing I was sent to the wrong location. Their version of events is easily disproven. If we go to court, UK courts would laugh at their gross incompetency.
This establishment lacks even a basic understanding of what discrimination means. They appear to think it means proactively hating on a group — when in reality, discrimination includes hidden structural barriers that prevent access. They are not equipped to serve vulnerable guests. They do not have the IQ.
They refunded nothing, fixed nothing, and offered no understanding of what occurred. I am now escalating this to relevant legal and regulatory bodies. Avoid at all costs - especially if you're disabled, ill, or expect accountability.
